ActiveState to launch new Komodo IDE
ActiveState Software launched Komodo IDE version 5.0 for dynamic languages. The new IDE delivers more power and better support for version control modules.
ActiveState's IDE uses Mozilla 1.9 and Python 2.6 as its base. Software developers in Python, JavaScript, Perl, PHP and Tcl can now use Komodo to design their applications.
The new IDE comes with better code-formatting functionality allowing developers to better structurize and share their code with other team members.
Komodo has now multiple top-level windows builtin and a neater user interface.
