Chinese hackers hacked Windows' black screen
Chinese Internet users hacked Microsoft's anti-piracy patch that caused the black screen on pirated copies of Windows.
After Microsoft has announced its anti-piracy measures in China to cut down on copying their operating system illegally, Chinese hackers released anti-black screen patch.
The Microsoft's black screen initiative was designed to combat piracy of Windows XP and MS Office. However, shortly after the anti-piracy update has been released, Chinese hackers announced they have already broken it.
The "Black Screen of Death" has been designed to display on unauthorized copies of Windows XP a black screen during the boot time and every 60 minutes time during normal work.
