Firefox to now supports Geode geolocation
Mozilla Foundation has released an Firefox plugin for powerful geolocation capabilities.
The add-on is called Geode allows Firefox users to set their permanent home location irrespective of their current geographical location.
This is useful during travel when you want to keep all your regional settings unchanged.
Geode will give Web services the right to establish user's approximate geolocation. This will allow search results to be adjusted according to the user's current location.
