HLTH and WebMD merger will not take place
HLTH Corp. and WebMD will not merge because of the financial crisis the companies reported.
HLTH owns 84 percent of WebMD Health Corp and there were plans to merger both companies but these were called off because of the crisis in banking sector and because of the weak economy.
The companies to be amongst largest online US health companies announced at the beginning of this month that they were merging in order to buy out WebMD.com.
