Mobile tracking system for teenagers
A company based in Canada has released software crafted to prevent teenagers from making telephone calls or text-messaging while they drive.
The company called Aegis Mobility created software that detects when phones are moving at fast speed then informs callers that the person they are trying to reach is not available because they are driving.
The software will also pass information where the person is located by using GPS navigation.
The company is negotiating with telecom operators to make the service available on a monthly subscription fee basis.
