Oracle to claim damages from SAP
U.S. Federal court judged that Oracle Corp has to propose a financial settlement in a against their rival SAP AG in which Oracle has claimed damages of up to $1 billion.
US Federal Judge Joseph Spero Oracle to tell SAP the amount to be settled by the German software maker.
The claim was filed by Oracle in early 2007, accusing SAP's of illegally using customer log-ins to steal Oracle's copyrighted stuff.
